0146(1) During the visit on 3/21/24, it was observed that there is not a sufficent 6 foot clearance fall zone around the climbing wall or trapeze. The swings do not have the required clearance in front or back. 0146(1)(a)(b) During the visit on 3/21/24, it was observed that the wood chips under the swings and climbing materials are not 9 inches deep.
